Orders are carefully packed and ship within 3–5 business days.

Standard shipping is a flat $8 per order within the contiguous United States. Orders of $150 or more ship free. If your order includes more than one piece, we’ll combine shipping whenever possible.

Some oversized, especially heavy, or unusually fragile pieces may have separate shipping terms noted in the listing.

Local pickup in Lawrence, Kansas is available at no charge. Contact us before ordering and we’ll arrange the details.

Because many Pomalo House pieces are one of a kind, we take extra care to make sure they arrive safely. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
