Small in scale, this vintage wooden box is intricately carved with geometric motifs, including a central radiating rosette and repeating chip-carved borders.
The carving continues around the sides. Inside, the wood is left unlined, with a small metal hinge joining the lid to the box.
The box is just large enough for a ring, earrings or another small thing worth keeping. Or leave it closed and let the carving catch the light.
